Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in comprehensive consultations with interdisciplinary team members, contributing to multidisciplinary care planning and interventions.
  • Conduct age-appropriate assessments, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate parent support groups, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere for parents, particularly those dealing with the complexities of placement and adoption in relation to prenatally substance-exposed children.
  • Perform developmental evaluations of children, offering insights that guide treatment and support strategies.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for clients, social workers, educators, attorneys, and other mental health professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering a community of practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work primarily with couples and families, as well as see individuals for therapy sessions. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, and children, all facing diverse mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing issues ranging from relational conflicts to individual emotional struggles, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and empowered to pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.
  • A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in therapy.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
