Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members, ensuring appropriate follow-up assessments and prevention planning post-crisis, as well as coordination with outside agencies, when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records in compliance with contractual obligations and billing standards, ensuring timely submission of encounter forms on a weekly basis.
  • Engage in weekly clinical meetings aimed at promoting integrated services, collaborating with medical providers and participating in case consultations to enhance treatment plans.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives related to behavioral health, actively promoting innovative integrated care models within the organization.
  • Consult informally with other providers and interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient cases and share best practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role serves a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
