Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Carecube, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific needs.
• Provide individual therapy through engaging and personalized techniques designed to foster personal growth, resilience, and emotional healing.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and track their progress over time.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual counseling sessions, making services accessible for clients facing transportation challenges or those who prefer remote interactions.
• Maintain ethical practice by keeping precise and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and remain current with innovative practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
