Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with assigned clients, providing individualized treatment for those suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that adhere to evidence-based practices, ensuring clients have access to necessary linked services.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing tools and methods appropriate to each client's developmental level.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during critical moments, utilizing de-escalation techniques and proactive problem-solving strategies.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to inform ongoing care and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery, contributing to committees aimed at quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and assess client caseloads, ensuring regular follow-ups and adherence to treatment recommendations.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, facilitating connections with community resources and support systems when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to address the needs of vulnerable populations facing complex mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Kansas.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on mental health.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
