Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Carefully assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop customized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals and address specific challenges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in line with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with best practices for patient confidentiality.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Qualifications

• A valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
