Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, adapting your techniques to meet the varying needs of clients.
• Design and implement detailed treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions, providing a roadmap for clients’ progress and success.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to ensure cohesive, integrated client care.
• Offer specialized crisis intervention and risk assessment services as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of your clients in critical situations.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and share valuable coping strategies with clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a must.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models and treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
