Key Responsibilities

• Directly engage in clinical activities by assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment to assigned clients managing symptoms related to mental health and emotional disturbances.

• Assist in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and professional interventions as needed.

• Complete and submit reports and relevant documentation punctually, maintaining accurate and thorough records of care.
• Ensure safety within the work environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and care outcomes throughout the agency.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
