Work EnvironmentThis position is uniquely designed for remote work, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering services in an outpatient setting. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will primarily work with an adult population facing various mental health challenges and potential substance use issues. Your expertise will enable you to address each client's unique situation using evidence-based practices tailored to their individual needs. This role requires sensitivity and a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health and addiction within the community.
QualificationsTo qualify for this role, applicants must hold a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work (MSW), Master's in Professional Counseling, or Master of Family Therapy (MFT) degree from an accredited institution. You must possess the necessary credentials for licensure as a mental health professional in Oregon or Washington.
Preferred ExperienceA minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required. Experience working with diverse populations and in community-based environments will be considered a distinct advantage. Knowledge of current mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies, as well as familiarity with local behavioral health resources, is preferred.
