Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into the mental health challenges faced by students and their families, identifying strengths and resources that can be leveraged for improvement.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and educational professionals, to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups to enhance community understanding and engagement in mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the welfare of our clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting all aspects of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically targets students and their families, often addressing barriers to academic success related to mental health. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, preferably in educational environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a strong understanding of diverse mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits
