Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active licensure in the state of Maryland as a mental health professional, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C).
- Proven experience in providing individual therapy, with a focus on client-centered approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
