Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on these insights.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to each client's circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with clients to formulate achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring broad access to mental health care.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve clinical skills and remain informed about evolving practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications
