Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our state-of-the-art cloud-based EHR system to document client sessions, ensuring compliance with all relevant insurance protocols, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Provide individualized care by conducting telehealth counseling sessions, which may include assessments, motivational interviewing, and treatment planning for diverse mental health concerns.
• Facilitate group therapy and family sessions, helping clients foster connections and develop skills for effective communication and relationship building.
• Design and implement tailored treatment programs to assist clients in managing symptoms related to mental health disorders, trauma, or dual diagnoses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external resources to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards while delivering therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
