Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions designed to meet individual client needs, focusing on effective treatment and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active and full licensure as a mental health counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated experience—typically two years—providing therapeutic services and developing treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in virtual environments where connection and empathy are paramount.
• Proficiency with digital therapy tools and familiarity with various telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
