Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to patients, using a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet individual needs.
• Create and foster a safe, trusting environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized goals and work together to facilitate progress towards these objectives.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize digital tools and telehealth platforms to conduct effective sessions and maintain thorough records of client interactions and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve a better state of well-being. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide therapy in your jurisdiction.
• Strong foundation in therapy methodologies, treatment planning, and client assessment.
• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in virtual interactions.
• Proficiency with digital therapy tools and platforms to facilitate remote sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required.
• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions enhances your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
