Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, adjusting therapeutic modalities based on client needs and presenting issues.
- Facilitate crisis interventions for clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and resources are available.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure holistic client care.
- Educate clients and families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and community resources, advocating for their needs as necessary.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and supervision to stay informed of best practices in psychotherapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will involve working with a diverse array of client demographics, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, across various backgrounds and cultures. Many clients will present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Maryland, including LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

- A minimum of two years of relevant therapeutic experience, showcasing a strong background in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
