Position Overview

Empowermental Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services in a collaborative remote setting. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, and families, facilitating significant changes in their mental health journey.

You will engage in regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and training sessions with fellow mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth mental health evaluations to assess clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans by incorporating various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences, challenges, and progress.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops to provide clients with tools and strategies to manage their mental health effectively.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in our clinic to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate and appropriate care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Continuously engage in professional development, staying updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, particularly evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a positive client-therapist relationship.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to collective patient care efforts.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
• Previous experience in community health or outpatient settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
