Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating crisis intervention strategies and medication management components as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and monitor treatment effectiveness, collaborating with the clinical team to optimize care delivery.
• Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enabling clients to achieve their goals.
• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, actively maintaining necessary certifications and contributing to the clinic's adherence to best practices.
• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to crucial resources and support.
• Foster open communication with team members and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the mission of Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions and enhance community outreach.
• Build relationships with various agencies and organizations to promote clinic programs and explore potential partnerships for funding and resource sharing.
• Pursue continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Uphold and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles in everyday practice, while also performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation, with the option for support in transferring licensure from out-of-state individuals.

Compensation and Benefits
