Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of various client demographics.
- Regularly monitor and document clients' progress and experiences, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness.
- Offer immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely support during challenging moments.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential client records in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate a holistic approach to client care.
- Engage in continuous professional development, including workshops and additional training, to stay updated on the latest in mental health research and treatment methodologies.
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and best practices set forth by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role as a licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve working with a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. A strong emphasis will be placed on cultural competency to effectively address the needs of a diverse community, ensuring that care is respectful and responsive to the individual characteristics of each client.
Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective treatment planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities necessary for engaging with clients and collaborating with peers.

Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities.
