Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client needs, preferences, and backgrounds to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to encourage personal growth and resolution of challenges.
• Monitor and document client progress consistently, maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to optimize client care and improve therapeutic outcomes, sharing insights on treatment strategies and client progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest methodologies to enhance your practice and better serve our client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each individual or family unit.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of various clinical techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings or working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
