Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, adhering to company protocols throughout the process.
  • Maintain continuous documentation of diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping to uphold compliance with company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by establishing trust and rapport with clients and addressing their needs with sensitivity and understanding.
  • Utilize innovative and creative approaches to therapeutic interventions to facilitate goal achievement, empowering clients to reach their fullest potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus
