Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, adhering to company protocols throughout the process.
- Maintain continuous documentation of diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping to uphold compliance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by establishing trust and rapport with clients and addressing their needs with sensitivity and understanding.
- Utilize innovative and creative approaches to therapeutic interventions to facilitate goal achievement, empowering clients to reach their fullest potential.
- Collaborate effectively with other health professionals, case managers, families, and educators to coordinate services and provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Actively participate in all clinical staff meetings, contributing to discussions around best practices, client care, and team performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus
The LPC will work with a diverse client base drawn from the Leesburg community, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. Qualifications
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Valid clinical licensure (LPC) in the state of Virginia is mandatory for applicants.

Compensation and Benefits
