Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage in weekly sessions with clients, implementing interventions that utilize both evidence-based and creative approaches to help them achieve and surpass their mental health goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation throughout the treatment process, including session notes, treatment plan reviews, and follow-up assessments, in accordance with company policy.
• Provide exceptional client service by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, collaborating closely with colleagues from various disciplines to enhance patient care.
• Cooperate with case managers, family members, and other relevant personnel to ensure a holistic support system around each client, facilitating both their clinical and personal development.
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and contribute to training initiatives, sharing insights that can help improve service delivery and team dynamics.
• Adapt to the evolving needs of our service users and perform other related tasks that contribute to the achievement of our objectives.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavioral science or a related field from an accredited college or university is a prerequisite.
• Active clinical licensure (LCPC) in the state of Virginia is required for this position.

• Ability to model stable, professional boundaries with clients and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion and submission of all client documentation and reports.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health counseling.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of community resources to enhance service provision is valued.

Compensation and Benefits
