J&R Consulting Group is growing our Metro Detroit team and hiring an Entry Level Business Development Associate to work directly with business customers while developing experience in sales, account management, and client relations.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our business development team, you'll:

• Connect face-to-face with business customers in an assigned market
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing accounts
• Present client products and services
• Identify opportunities to acquire and grow accounts
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and results
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
