Night Janitor Floor Technician

• Pay: $15.50 per hour, Paid weekly

• Shift: M-F 4PM 12:30AM, OT Possible

• Location: Davenport, IA

• FT Temp to Hire

Janitor - Floor TechnicianTasks & Duties

• Buffs, washes, and polishes floors; operates mechanical floor cleaners

• Shampoos rugs and furniture

• Cleans vents, fans and other equipment using vacuum machines

• Dusts furniture, woodwork, equipment and dust mops floors

• Performs terminal cleaning procedures of patient rooms

• Wet mops rooms, walls stairways and public areas

Janitor - Floor TechnicianQualifications(Requirements/Skills)

Required:

• Janitor - Floor Technician experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a national criminal background check

• Able to work in the US

Preferred:

• Knowledge of best practices used on cleaning floors and general cleaning

• Knowledge of cleaning products and how to use them properly

• Ability to operate and maintain (general cleaning and troubleshooting) mechanical floor cleaners, polishers, and vacuums
