    Pay & Benefits
    • Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

        What You'll Do
        • Diagnose and manage a wide variety of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary tract infections
        • Perform surgical procedures utilizing modern operating rooms, with preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up
        • Provide hospital and emergency room consultations, collaborating effectively with the care team
        • Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner at a single-site practice
        • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
        • Maintain accurate medical documentation following hospital policies and state regulations
        • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
          What You Need
          • Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
          • Minimum 1-year experience in urology preferred; not open to new grads without experience
          • Ability to perform surgical procedures and outpatient management of urologic conditions
          • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
