Job Summary
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing operation in the Madelia, MN area. The Maintenance Superintendent will lead maintenance activities on the assigned shift, mentor Industrial Maintenance Technicians, and partner closely with Production and Engineering to maximize uptime. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance operations on 2nd shift to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance.
- Lead, train, and mentor Industrial Maintenance Technicians to strengthen team capability and accountability.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed in compliance with company safety protocols and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Support troubleshooting, repair prioritization, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate shift maintenance priorities, equipment issues, and performance updates to key stakeholders.
