What Youll Do:
Provide PTA services under established plans of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

OH Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Pending licensure
