    Pay & Benefits:
    • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Pay details discussed with the employer, base salary range is $500,000 - $550,000 annually)

        What You'll Do:
        • Provide expert hematology and oncology patient care in a leading hospital setting.
        • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
        • Oversee and mentor medical staff and junior investigators.
        • Engage in clinical research, research innovation, and academic activities.
        • Support and advance clinical trials and research initiatives.
        • Lead efforts to expand oncology services across hospital sites.
        • Contribute to inpatient and outpatient cancer care delivery models.
        • Maintain approximately 25% clinical practice hours alongside leadership duties.
          What You Need:
          • MD or DO degree; Hematology/Oncology Fellowship completed
          • Valid Michigan medical license (or eligible to obtain)
          • Proven experience in Hematology/Oncology, with prior leadership experience preferred
          • EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
          • Ability to support H1B visa application
          • Strong leadership, research, and clinical skills
            About the Assignment:Join a reputable academic health system in Detroit, MI, as the Division Head of Hematology/Oncology at Henry Ford Health. Lead a large team of physicians, academic staff, and researchers at the Henry Ford Cancer Institute. Drive strategic growth, clinical excellence, and research innovation in a state-of-the-art cancer program in collaboration with Michigan State University Cancer Center.
