ENT Physician Opportunity Chicago, IL

You'll be joining a long-established private ENT practice with three outpatient sites and access to multiple surgery locations. This is a general ENT role with a mix of clinic, in-office procedures, and hospital-based cases. The group has flexibility in ramp-up and scheduling, making it a solid option for both new grads and experienced physicians.

Practice Overview

• Join a multi-physician ENT practice with 3 outpatient offices (Chicago, Tinley Park, Downers Grove)
• Strong support team: 2 PAs, 11 MAs, surgical coordination, clinic leadership, and administration
• Procedures include in-office M&T's, sinus & eustachian tube balloon dilation, coblation, cryotherapy, Latera; hospital cases include routine sinus, thyroid, tonsils/adenoids (Inspire currently performed by one physician)
• Tools/capabilities: eClinicalWorks EMR; AI scribe or Dragon; in-office CT (Downers Grove & Tinley Park) and audiology testing (Downers Grove)

Schedule

• Monday-Friday outpatient
• One Saturday clinic per month
• Dedicated surgery time built into schedules (examples include weekly hospital surgery days and blocked time for cases)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starts at 300,000 (range 300,000-400,000);
• Documented earnings 600K +
• ENT call at a community hospital: 8-12 call weeks/year paid at 3,000 per call week
• PTO: 3 weeks; CME: 2,000
• Benefits: health & dental after 30 days; FSA and HSA option; malpractice coverage while employed (tail not provided); 401(k) after 1 year (Safe Harbor 3%, match and profit sharing vary); life/STD/LTD after 1 year
• Partnership Offered. Buy-In Negotiable

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Fellows considered
• Comfort with outpatient ENT and in-office procedures; willingness to credential at multiple hospitals/surgery sites
