Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. One year of experience must include: Structuring healthcare data into reliable, standardized datasets and developing dashboards to facilitate analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau; Performing data quality checks on electronic health record (EHR) data; Identifying and correcting inconsistencies in diagnosis codes, screening records, and clinical documentation; Analyzing patient-level datasets to track screening compliance and identify care gaps; Cleaning datasets using duplicate removal, standardization, and validation; Generating reports and summaries that translate raw healthcare data into actionable insights to support clinical and operational decision-making; Reviewing and validating medical records for accuracy and completeness; Supporting data governance and documentation standards; Supporting quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
