Mechanical Engineer

Client: LTTS US Branch
Location: Fremont, CA – Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Support product design and mechanical development activities.
• Create and modify 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Perform assembly and mechanism design for automated equipment.
• Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and design verification.
• Prepare, maintain, and release Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, and Systems Engineering teams.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and suppliers.
• Work with manufacturing processes including sheet metal, machining, and casting.
• Implement engineering changes through ECR/ECO processes.
• Provide PLM/PDM support and maintain product lifecycle documentation.

• Creo
• AutoCAD
• PDM / PLM systems: Agile, Windchill, or Teamcenter

Domain Expertise

• Semiconductor equipment
• Wafer handling equipment
• Load Ports
• EFEM (Equipment Front-End Module)
• Automation equipment
• SEMI standards

Preferred Skills

• Strong mechanical design and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling and detailing.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with BOM management and engineering change processes.
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
