Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and home exercise plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
