Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist with approximately 10 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of accounting
• Experience with:
• • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Commercial insurance
  • Utility payables
  • Insurance payables
  • Taxes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $30.00 per hour
• 60-day probationary period with performance evaluation upon completion
