Accounting Bookkeeper

Accounting office seeking an experienced, dependable Bookkeeper to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working with financial records.

Responsibilities may include:
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll assistance
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• QuickBooks and general bookkeeping duties
• Communicating with clients as needed

• Other various office duties

Qualifications:
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
