    What You'll Do:
    
    • Provide inpatient rounding and surgical consults for cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
    • Cover emergency room call as needed
    • Participate in clinic 1 day per week, managing 15-20 post-op patients
    • Assist with complex cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG, VATS, thoracotomies, lobectomies, AAA repairs, arterial bypasses, and aortic valve replacements
    • Collaborate with a team of 2 surgeons and 3 advanced practice providers
    • Ensure excellent patient care and safety during procedures and recovery
      What You Need:
      
      • Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Louisiana
      • Experience in cardiovascular or thoracic surgery preferred
      • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
        About the Assignment:Join a reputable healthcare provider in Lafayette, LA, offering specialized cardiovascular and thoracic surgical services.
