    • Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment.
    • Manage medication plans and monitor progress for diverse mental health diagnoses.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting 99 beds across various psychiatric conditions.
    • Handle involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy with familiarity and professionalism.
    • Document patient care accurately in Wellsky EMR.
    • Participate in a supportive team environment with minimal scheduling disruptions.
    • Maintain patient safety and appropriate crisis management when required.What You Need
      • Valid license or eligibility to practice as a psychiatrist in Delaware
      • BLS Certification
      • DEA registration
      • At least 2 years of relevant psychiatric experience
      • Strong knowledge of involuntary commitment procedures and psychopharmacologyAbout the Assignment
