About the Role
The Development Manager – Multifamily / Mixed-Use Development will play a hands-on role in the planning and execution of complex multifamily residential and mixed-use projects from initial concept through stabilization. This position will be actively involved in all phases of the development process, including design coordination, financial analysis, governmental approvals, construction oversight, and project delivery.
Over the next 3–4 years, the Development Manager will be primarily focused on a multi-phase, master-planned residential development consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings. The role will require close involvement in day-to-day project activities, as well as coordination of project phasing, sequencing, and execution across multiple development cycles.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will include shared supervision of development team members, administrative staff, as well as oversight of third-party consultants and contractors engaged on projects. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, directing, and evaluating work to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to project objectives.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in real estate, finance, or related field preferred. Ideally 5-8 years of experience managing institutional, mid-rise, or high-rise multifamily development projects.
Other Skills/Abilities
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities with proven ability to manage complex development projects and long-term phased development programs.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Project, and Word. Experience with Bluebeam preferred.
