The position is well suited to an experienced construction or AEC marketing professional, or a strong Senior Marketing Coordinator ready to step into a management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials
• Partner with business development, estimating, and operations teams on strategic project pursuits
• Develop compelling content that highlights the company's people, projects, and capabilities
• Manage regional marketing campaigns, events, award submissions, and communications
• Maintain marketing collateral, project profiles, resumes, and CRM information
• Coordinate multiple deadlines while ensuring consistent branding and high-quality deliverables
• Support and mentor junior marketing team members

Ideal Background

• Marketing, proposals, communications, or business development experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or a related AEC environment
• Strong writing, editing, organization, and project-management skills
• Experience supporting RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and pursuit interviews
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is preferred
• Confident working with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $125,000, depending on experience
