Salary: $95,000–$105,000

Seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost accounting. This role will lead a small accounting team and partner closely with operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee financial operations, reporting, journal entries, and internal controls.
• Manage and mentor a small accounting team.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Project Managers and operational teams on project budgeting and cost tracking.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Participate in ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Handle special projects and provide financial support to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Project accounting or construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
