Our client, a national company in the Dallas area is hiring a new HR Director due to internal growth within the organization. This role will be highly strategic with oversight of a large region with over 1500 employees. You will be focusing on talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and organizational design.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Min of a bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in a strategic HR leadership role
• Proven success in creating and implementing large scale HR initiatives
• MUST have experience presenting to C suite, boards, other HR leaders, HRBPs and field executives
• Must have experience overseeing a large population of employees to include both exempt and craft employees
