Accounting Manager

Accountants One is assisting with a confidential search for an Atlanta-based full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm. This successful, stable business is seeking an Accounting Manager. Commercial real estate brokerage experience is strongly preferred but not required. This individual will report to the President.

Job Duties:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations, including Escrow accounts
• Contract and lease management
• Month-end close and financial statements

Qualifications

• BS/ BA in Accounting with xevrcyc a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Stable work history
• Verifiable references
