LPN Medical Staffing Support (full time)

Reports To: Clinical Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated LPN Medical Staffing Support professional to assist the Clinical Manager and Director of Nursing with staffing, scheduling, clinical support, documentation, and daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma nursing license
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare/nursing experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Flexible and able to manage changing priorities
• Previous healthcare support or staffing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls and take new patient referrals.
• Communicate with physicians, therapy providers, patients, families, and field staff.
• Enter medications, orders, care plans, and other information into the EMR.
• Monitor late and missed visits and maintain required reports.
• Case conferences, and Training
• On-call rotation by participating in on-call duties as assigned.
• Assist with marketing and community outreach activities as needed.
• Follow company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
