Owners need people who can ask tough questions, make sound decisions, and be willing to fight for their best interests. And that's what we do best.
At Iskagna, we're grounded in the belief that building strong relationships is just as important as building strong projects. We're a Charleston-based construction and development management firm with a passion for leading with heart, honoring our commitments, and serving our clients with clarity and conviction.
Founded in 2021, Iskagna was created to bring a more thoughtful, responsive approach to the built environment—one rooted in trust, transparency, and teamwork. We guide public and private clients through the full project lifecycle, helping them navigate challenges, manage complexity, and achieve outcomes that last.

The Opportunity
Iskagna is at an inflection point. We've built a strong foundation in Charleston, and we're now expanding across the Southeast, deepening our presence in existing sectors, and entering new ones. That growth creates real opportunity for the right candidate — not just to lead high-profile capital projects, but to help shape what Iskagna becomes.
You'll join a firm small enough that your contributions matter, and ambitious enough that those contributions compound. You'll help refine the standards, processes, and playbooks that the next wave of hires will inherit. You'll work directly with senior leadership, build relationships with clients you'd otherwise meet only in passing at a larger firm, and have a clear line of sight into how the business is run — and where it's going. For someone who wants to be more than a number on an org chart, this is a rare window.
Job Overview
As a Development Manager, you'll lead our clients' capital projects from due diligence through closeout. You'll be responsible for selecting design professionals, managing the design and permitting process, procuring general contractors, managing budget and schedule, and providing quality assurance across the full project lifecycle. The Development Manager typically reports to a Senior Development Manager, Development Director, or Partner, and is often supported by an Assistant Development Manager.
