Position HighlightsBuild a Program: Establish and develop a local Urology service line with the opportunity to shape its future growth.Strong Referral Base: Benefit from established referrals from Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine providers throughout the community.Flexible Schedule: Open to part-time or full-time arrangements, with particular interest in an every-other-week schedule.Robotic Surgery: Utilize a new da Vinci 5 robotic surgical system and collaborate with an experienced General Surgery team.Practice Autonomy: Have meaningful input into procedures, equipment, scheduling, referrals, and the future direction of the program.No Traditional Call: Limited coverage expectations only for patients remaining in-house.
