BEHAVIOR THERAPIST / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME) - RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA THE OPPORTUNITY: Launch your career as a Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. No prior ABA therapy experience is necessary. TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Our program is competency-based; an experienced trainer is by your side until you demonstrate the skills required to work independently. THE LEGACY: We are a legacy-driven organization with team members who have been with us for 17+ years and achieved their BCBA status while with the company. COMPENSATION: Fully-paid, tuition-free, high-level training starting at $17/hr to achieve long-term growth ($18-$30/hr). Includes Health, Dental, PTO, and Retirement.
