<p>Seeking a hands-on leader to guide a growing cardiovascular program during an exciting period of transformation. This role requires a strong, respected leader who can build culture, develop staff, and elevate the clinical operations. Candidates with ICU leadership experience may have the opportunity to oversee both areas.</p><p> </p><h3><strong>Key Highlights</strong></h3><ul> <li>$10,000 sign-on bonus </li> <li>Reports directly to the new CNO</li> <li>Manage approximately 10-15 Cath Lab staff </li> <li>Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday, all daytime)</li> <li>Hands-on leadership role expected to assist clinically as needed</li> <li>Strong PTO package: <ul> <li>28 PTO days</li> <li>5 NJ sick days (40 hours)</li> <li>6 holidays</li> </ul> </li> <li>Credentialing completed in approximately 2 weeks post-offer</li> <li>Part of several leadership and operational investments across the hospital</li></ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul> <li>BSN required</li> <li>3-5 years of Cath Lab leadership or nurse management experience</li> <li>Strong Cath Lab clinical background required</li> <li>Proven people leadership and team-building skills</li> <li>Comfortable serving as a working leader and clinical resource</li> <li>Ability to train, mentor, and develop Cath Lab staff</li> <li>ICU leadership or critical care experience highly preferred but not required</li> <li>CCRN a plus</li> <li>MSN/DNP welcomed but not required</li></ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Opportunity</strong></h3><p>The organization is actively investing in change, with new leadership and growth initiatives creating significant momentum.
