AI Solution Principal (Sales & Business Development)

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an AI Solution Principal (Sales & Business Development) position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Lead AI solution strategy, business development, and technical sales.
• Identify and develop enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with clients to define AI use cases, architectures, and solutions.
• Support AI PoCs, client presentations, proposals, and solution strategy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, architects, and technical teams.

Skills:

• AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems.
• AI Solution Architecture, AI Strategy, Technical Sales, Business Development.
• RAG, intelligent automation, AI/ML frameworks, Python, Java.
• Client engagement, executive presentations, consultative selling.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Experience:

• Experience in AI solution architecture, AI consulting, technical sales, or business development.
• Experience with enterprise AI, GenAI, AI Agents, PoCs, and client-facing solution development.
• Experience developing AI strategies and driving new AI opportunities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
