As our Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging and impactful content for marketing campaigns.
• Actively generating and following up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Building and nurturing relationships with local businesses to expand our network.
• Assisting in turning inquiries into paid bookings for floral and event services.
• Supporting the team during busy seasons, including some evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak floral periods.

We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven individual with:

• At least 2 year of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in making calls and reaching out to potential clients.
• A creative mindset for crafting compelling content and campaigns.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with our team.
• Examples of previous content, campaigns, or measurable sales results to showcase your skills.

• Competitive pay of $18–$21 per hour, based on experience.
