This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys autonomy, wants to be a trusted advisor to business leaders, and is energized by building strong workplace culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts

Own Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Independently manage employee relations issues, including investigations and recommended resolutions
  • Guide leaders through performance management, coaching conversations, and improvement plans
  • Own the performance management cycle — goal setting, reviews, development planning, and merit reviews

Lead Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for your business unit, from sourcing through offer
  • Lead new hire onboarding to set employees up for success from day one
  • Partner with leaders on development planning and talent review discussions

Drive HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with policy and employment law
  • Support leave of absence and workers' compensation processes
  • Lead job description updates and partner on compensation reviews
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policy across your division

Champion Culture & Engagement

  • Lead engagement initiatives that boost morale, retention, and productivity
  • Foster a positive, values-driven workplace culture at the site/division level

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

  • Provide workforce metrics and reporting to support company-wide HR initiatives
  • Identify and propose improvements to HR processes and employee experience
