Business Analyst

About the Role:

The Business Analyst will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and the technical teams to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable requirements. This role focuses on identifying gaps in current business processes and systems, analyzing data to support decision-making, and facilitating the development of effective solutions that drive organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead efforts in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, conducting data mapping and cleansing activities, and supporting user acceptance testing to validate solutions. By leveraging analytical tools and methodologies, the Business Analyst will help optimize workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in gap analysis and business process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating testing activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data mapping and data cleansing techniques.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of macros to automate tasks.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification as a Business Analyst (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a technology-driven or data-intensive environment.

Responsibilities:
