International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
A growing organization in Mercer County, NJ is seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented logistics professional with a strong background in international shipping, import/export documentation, customs coordination, and freight management.
The International Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in keeping global shipments moving accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with import/export requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments from origin through final delivery, including ocean and air freight.
- Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse teams to support timely delivery.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and Dangerous Goods Declaration paperwork.
- Track shipment status, resolve delays, communicate updates, and maintain accurate logistics records.
- Support customs clearance, FDA import compliance, inventory receipts, and outbound delivery coordination.
